How to take care of scalp?
There are 3 steps of it.
It’s important to keep scalp clean. Also we need to keep sebum on head to protect scalp from dry and stimulus.
If you wash it out completely,scalp won’t have any protector. In such condition,using hair dryer will make scalp too dry.
So make sure you don’t wash scalp too much!
Healthy scalp is soft and elastic.
When scalp get hard, circulation of the blood won’t work smoothly.It is not able to make healthy hair grow.
So make sure massage your scalp 2-3 minutes every day!
Sleeping is the most important point to keep scalp healthy. The hormone which is being secreted during sleep has an effect of it.
Lack of sleep makes troubles such as fallen hair,etc. Also we should avoid the light from smart phone and computer before sleep and try to sleep well.
